DANIEL HSIA is a writer and director whose work includes the feature film Shanghai Calling (starring Daniel Henney and Eliza Coupe), comedy series Mr. Student Body President, and the dramatic coming-of-age series Annie Undocumented. He has written for half-hour and hourlong episodic series including Psych and Andy Barker, P.I. and has sold pilot screenplays to Sony Pictures TV, ABC Network, and USA Network.

Since 2022 Daniel has been the President of Lumostage, an LED virtual production studio located in British Columbia.
